Grupo DPSP: Health Portal Design

Digital platform for scheduling and managing health services, created for the DPSP Group during the pandemic, which transformed the chain's portal into a strategic national channel.

Challenge

With the emergence of Covid-19, companies around the world needed to quickly adapt their processes to deal with the new pandemic reality. In this context, I took over as **Lead Designer** to lead the development of the **Health Portal for DPSP Group**, the largest pharmacy chain in Latin America.

The project had a clear ambition: to launch in record time an online scheduling portal for the main services offered by the chain, ranging from Covid tests and blood tests to blood pressure monitoring and vaccination.

The **MVP** was born in just one sprint, with the goal of validating whether there was, in fact, interest and culture on the part of people to use these services digitally, something unprecedented until then on the company's portal.

Solution

The MVP launch was an immediate success. The demand for registrations and scheduling grew exponentially, showing the public's adherence to the new format. Faced with this, the group quickly structured a **dedicated squad** for the platform's continuous development.

In this team, I acted by leading the **evolution roadmap**, coordinating UI and UX designers, as well as back-end and front-end developers. Sprint after sprint, the product transformed: from a simple digital form to a robust platform for **registration, scheduling, and management of health services** on a national scale.

Impact

In just over a year, the platform achieved expressive results: over **295,000 services were sold**, representing a revenue of approximately **R$ 7.5 million** for the chain. Beyond the numbers, the project consolidated the portal as a new strategic channel for health services, creating a digital habit that persists even after the most critical period of the pandemic.
