The Challenge: Scaling the Human Touch through Digital
Ponto a Ponto Concursos (PP) built its success on a handcrafted, personalized mentorship model. However, growth brought a paradox: managing students via PDFs, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp groups became an operational bottleneck. As the UI/UX Designer, my challenge was to design a digital ecosystem that preserved the brand’s "human touch" while eliminating logistical chaos and student journey fragmentation.

The Discovery: Understanding the Student's Pain
Through an in-depth Discovery process (qualitative interviews and benchmarking), I identified that students spent more time organizing materials than actually studying. Their journey was marked by a cycle of initial excitement followed by demotivation due to the lack of progress visibility. The diagnosis was clear: we needed to evolve from an isolated course into an intelligent tracking platform.
The Solution: A 360° Learning Ecosystem
I designed the PP Platform based on four pillars: Centralization, Personalization, Support, and Engagement. The interface was crafted to reduce cognitive load by unifying dynamic schedules, a legal library, and practice tools into a fluid and intuitive environment.

Key Features:
Dynamic Study Guide: A living schedule that automatically adjusts to the student's pace and unexpected routine changes.
AI Tutor Avatar: An intelligence layer providing pedagogical support based exclusively on PP’s proprietary database.
Performance Dashboard: Clear progress visualization, turning effort into tangible and motivating data.
Advanced Reading Tool: A proprietary reader allowing for annotations and contextual legal links while protecting content against piracy.
Impact and Design Strategy
The result is an interface that balances legal authority with a lightweight, gamified user experience. By introducing elements like study streaks and community rankings, the design doesn't just organize—it drives user behavior. For the business, the solution enabled the transition to a recurring subscription model (SaaS), ensuring scalability and financial predictability.
