Challenge
FIEMA is an institution with almost 100 years of history, responsible for fostering the development of the industrial sector in the state of Maranhão. Its organizational structure is composed of three associated bodies: SENAI (industry-focused education), SESI (social institution), and IEL (internship and employment institute). These entities hold a traditional and relevant role in the national economic landscape.
FIEMA identified the need to modernize its digital identity to align with new trends in communication and public engagement. This digital evolution required the creation of a new institutional portal capable of visually integrating all the group’s institutions into a unified language, highlighting their publications, services, news, and digital content produced by FIEMA.
Institution Mapping
The first step was to conduct a detailed survey of the federation's organizational structure, understanding its institutions, departments, and the relationships between them. This mapping was essential to understand the hierarchy and ecosystem of FIEMA and served as the foundation for the entire portal concept.

Identification of Offerings and Standardization
From this mapping, I gathered all services, offerings, and content from each area of FIEMA. Every department had specific needs, such as lead capture, announcement of public notices, events, social initiatives, and institutional publications.
Based on this, I proposed a standardized structure, creating reusable modules to meet all needs, such as:
A unified module for publishing institutional materials;
An integrated events calendar;
Consistent templates for news and institutional content.
These content blocks were structured as standardized design templates, promoting visual consistency throughout the entire portal.
Visual Interface

In the next stage, I conducted an in-depth study of the FIEMA brandbook, translating its visual identity elements into a modern, responsive, and navigable digital interface, while respecting the institution’s tradition and solidity.
For each institution (SENAI, SESI, IEL), I defined a unique visual pattern, using a balanced color palette that gave each one its own distinct personality, while preserving the overall visual coherence with FIEMA. This ensured an integrated and uniform experience, reinforcing the perception of institutional unity.
