Development of Design Hub
Published on
I developed Design Hub, our own platform to centralize the entire discovery journey.
Confluence and Notion were not meeting the needs of our company's design team. That's why we developed our own tool: Design Hub.
The platform's goal is to centralize the entire discovery journey, from gathering project requirements to creating user stories, in a continuous and fully integrated flow.

A large part of this process is carried out through integration with artificial intelligence agents, which generate outputs from artifacts registered in the database, creating an orchestrated end-to-end chain.

Key platform features:
Discovery playbook materialized into features.
WYSIWYG editor for Product Requirements Documents (PRD) in Markdown format.
Registration of exploratory interview transcripts for tokenization and storage in a vector database, allowing queries by the agent.
Plug-and-play discovery frameworks (JTBD, Empathy Map, Journey Map, etc.), ready to add and use.
User story creation optimized by artificial intelligence.

The platform brought much more dynamism to the design team's discovery process, optimizing time and allowing us to focus even more on the needs of our clients' users.
